Communicate with courage!
Warning what I am about to tell you will take a little bit of courage and for some advisors a bit more than a little bit of courage.
I am going to share with you one of the most common things that advisors leave out in their client attraction. Even at the beginning of my own client attraction as an advisor I had to find the courage to do this. When YOU do it, it’s like switching on the light bulb of your client attraction.
As you already know from my client attraction teachings you MUST have a clear idea of WHO you are looking to attract. Before anything else this must be done. Masters Circle members you are “very” familiar with this step in client attraction. *don’t forget if you don’t have this down yet set up your Laser Coaching session so I can help you do it. I will guide you to your ideal target market in around ½ an hour. You will come away focused and excited about your target market.
Back to the lesson. Let’s assume YOU have your target market and you can clearly define who it is YOU are looking to attract in. The next step is where many advisors loose it…You MUST now communicate that to the WORLD!
I am going to repeat it again because it is so important:
You MUST communicate to the WORLD who your clearly defined target market is!
If you do not do that then there is no use in seeking client attraction. Everyone MUST know who it is you are seeking to attract. Who it is that you work with. How can you attract them if they don’t know?
So here is the order it’s very simple:
- Clearly define YOUR ideal target market
- Tell the world who that is!
Why do you need to tell the world? Because if they don’t know then they won’t ever get to you.
How do you tell the world? Everywhere and anywhere you can.
- Your website
- Your newsletter
- Your invitations to seminars and your conference call series
- Basically in ALL communications you have with the world!
OK now back to the beginning. This is where many advisors loose it. YES it takes some courage to tell the world who it is that you work with and who you want to work with. However, it takes courage to tell the world anything. Telling the world is like revealing yourself and sometimes that is outside of the comfort zone. It’s the difference between mediocrity and greatness. Are you committed to attracting tons of ideal clients, to incredible prosperity and to extraordinary fulfillment or are you content with mediocrity. OK I know I said a bit loud but it’s true.
Think about it this way ~ would you be reading this lesson on my newsletter if I did not communicate loud and clear that I do client attraction for 21st Century Financial Advisors. What if I just did Client Attraction? Would it be the same OR are you here because I do it for Financial Advisors?
It’s the same!
