Let’s talk some more about how much your mindset has to do with your success in client attraction AND actually how much it has to do with your prosperity!
Are you “ready” to receive tons of new ideal clients?
Are you “ready” for the huge success that is coming your way?
You have to be ready to receive it all or I should say ~ your mindset HAS to be ready to receive it all. Otherwise, you could end up stopping yourself from attracting it!
A huge secret for you to know! Many people stop great success from happening to them and coming towards them….because it is more comfortable to be in a situation that you know and are familiar with vs. a situation that feels new and uncomfortable. Even if that new situation is much more success and tons of new clients. I am not kidding.
Let me put it another way. Human beings mostly do not like change. We like feelings that are already familiar. We gravitate to the most comfortable situation possible. Therefore, when we begin feeling something completely different which could come in the form of prosperity or tons and tons of new clients we become uncomfortable and crave the familiar. Most of the time without even consciously knowing it. It’s like sabotaging yourself without even knowing it.
Here’s the key!! You must embrace the new feeling and the new situation you find yourself in. Go with the flow. Be conscience of the fact that it may feel strange at first. I’m totally serious, it may feel really really strange and seriously uncomfortable at first when the clients start pouring in and the prosperity starts coming towards you. Get through the part of it feeling strange and then you will feel more comfortable being successful and attracting tons of clients then not AND that is powerful.
Here is a great example from something that happened just yesterday. This is a sports analogy that I have made before inside the masters circle from a similar experience that I personally experienced also last year. This one is from my son who is seriously training in competitive golf on the Junior Tour. Yesterday he went out for an 18 hole training round. He played the first 9 holes scoring the lowest he has ever scored in 9 holes and it felt almost effortless. AND I mean he scored low! When he looked at his score at the turn he was incredibly excited to have accomplished an amazing score. He then moved on to play the back 9 and something happened ~ it’s like he subconsciously played the back 9 to be sure that his complete 18 added to his most recent average scoring. So, he played differently on the back 9 almost as if he wanted to make sure he played what he was expecting himself to play. He played to a score that felt familiar. It was all, to a certain extent, subconscious. The first time this happens you have no idea what the heck is going on? Until you know that this is a real performance block you could be doing it over and over again.
This is actually a real performance psychology situation that arises with many athletes just about to make a breakthrough. It’s like they hold themselves back until they realize what they are doing. Within hours my son realized what had happened ~ that is the first step to the breakthrough. You have to be willing to be uncomfortable in unknown territory. The territory of being and feeling hugely successful could be unknown territory for you still!
This happens in client attraction too.
Ask yourself this:
How comfortable will you be when you attraction 20 new ideal clients within the next 8 weeks? What if you suddenly attracted tons and tons of new clients? Would it feel strange? Would it feel uncomfortable and unnatural? What if it felt super easy to attract 20 clients in 4 weeks? Would that feel strange?
If you are not used to attracting this many in that time period then YES it will feel strange and maybe even a little stressful. It’s HOW you deal with it once you feel it.
Here’s what you want to do one more time as a reminder, you must realize what is going on. You are in un-chartered territory for you and that is GREAT, its’ fantastic and it’s what you want. So stick with it and embrace it and amazing things will happen.
